Appearance requests must be received a minimum of 4 week prior to the event to be considered.

All Carolina Hurricanes appearances are subject to change up to 24 hours prior to event. If this occurs, credit towards a future event will be honored.

Please note: For the Storm Tour Trailer, a minimum event space of 40' x 20' and an "easy in and easy out" is required. We would also need access to a minimum of a 20kW generator or a reliable power source. For promotional team appearances, a 10' x 15' space with a reliable power source is required.
